Our team
RJL Consulting offers a wide range of consulting services, all designed to help your company reach its potential. Our team delivers solutions on both strategic and operational levels.
The majority owner, Ron Legere, has over 35 years of executive officer experience. From 1992 - 2002 He served as SVP/CFO for SVC. While there he completed 110 million in M&A to effectively increase market share in both the beverage bodies and trailers and refrigerated bodies and trailers. From 1987 - 1992 VP of the truck division of Grumman Corporation (3.5 billion in annual revenue). Since 2002 Ron & RJL Consulting have had a lot of experience with the service industry in several different markets helping companies to increase both market share and profitability.
With our wealth of corporate experience we believe we can add a lot of value by teaming with your business. However if we do not see any additional value by teaming with you, we will not engage. Our history
Our corporation was formed in 2011.
In 2011, Ron Legere hired Joseph Colenda as an associate for a project that RJLCI was working on in Farmville, NC. In 2014, Joseph Colenda was made a full-time employee and assigned to multiple projects to help develop his experience in many different types of companies and industries. Joseph impressed Ron with his development and ability so much that in 2016 he was promoted to Vice President and given a significant ownership in RJLCI.
